VB.Net - Force Visual Studio forms to remain above the task bar no matter what

I have noticed that even when using:

Me.TopMost = True 

the form will still appear under the task bar when the task bar is clicked on, so I was wondering if there was a way to force a specific form to never get 'hidden' by any other window or the task bar.
