Autorun CD-ROM label in multiple language

I created an Autorun.inf for my CD-ROM as below.

[autorun] 
open=setup.exe 
icon=setup.exe,0
label=My install CD

What I would like to do is to have the label to support multiple languages. That is, if user is using Chinese version Windows, it would display the label in Chinese, if they are using French, it would display it in French.

Can this be done?
